The rooms were decent sized and tidy, were equipped with refrigerator and fridge, as example.

Staff were really helpful and patient, rooms were decent size and equipped with 2 queen beds, refrigerator and fridge. Also, location was comfy and great, just a pleasant stroll away from Grace Lutheran Church. The airport was 15 minutes' drive away.

We didn't have food, were a little disappointed.

This hotel met every demand! My room was reasonably large thanks to the patient staff. I liked the room with microwave n refrigerator. The setting was marvellous, close to airport/light rail station, and monorail. Also, it was easy to get to Midway Park.

The staff at check-in and during the day were friendly and helpful. The parking was free and the room was clean. The fact that there was a mini fridge provided in the room was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was convenient.

One of the main downsides was the outside noise that made it difficult to sleep. The bed was comfortable but had a lot of mattress protectors that made noise when you moved around.
